Join us on Thursday, August 3rd, 2017, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm for our next winemaker dinner. Meet Terravant/Bottlest winemaker Ron Hill as he and Executive Chef Owen Hanavan explain the philosophy behind the Bottlest wine brand and the accompanying cuisine.

About Winemaker Ron Hill

After making wine at Sta. Rita Hills stalwart Babcock Winery for 10 years, winemaking veteran Ron Hill started his own small production label a-non-ah-mus wines in 2007.  Ron is now the Director of Winemaking for Terravant and Bottlest, where he oversees the making of hundreds of unique wines.

PORK LOIN. shelling beans/cherry gastrique/crispy potato
